Hi!
“Fruit addiction” isn’t an actual thing, but an addiction to the sugars in the fruits is definitely a thing. Fruits contain a lot of sugar and because sugar is highly addictive, you may be inclined to eat a lot of fruit. There’s also no “remedy” for it since it’s not really a thing, but if you think you’re eating too much sugar on a daily basis, try to change the types of food you eat. For example, instead of eating strawberries, you can eat carrots, or instead of eating a whole apple, you can go for some mixed nuts. It might be hard to reduce your sugar-intake at first, but replacing some fruits with different foods may help you do that over time. Feel free to eat some fruits or sweet snacks once in a while because sugar isn’t always a bad thing!
