The first advice is using to-do list. Although it is well known that to-do list is a popular choice in terms of time management, you might think it is not actually helpful for some reasons. However, to-do list is a practical and useful way to manage your time efficiently. Since I started using to-do list to manage my schedule, I have become productive and constructive, so I believe using a to-do list could help you.
The second advice is making a daily schedule. I am not sure whether this way is a common way to manage time, but I believe making a daily schedule could help you. First, I would come up with a list of works that I have to do and then make a timetable or something similar to that. Although I sometimes adjust the schedule, I would try to follow the timetable and do the works, so try this way and see if making a daily schedule works.
I hope my advices gave you some ideas of how to get better at managing and using your time wisely. Even if you think my advices might not be the best choices for you, do not give up and try to find another way! you will find the best choice at the end.
